3. Product Information
Off Road UAE ensures that every information regarding product availability, its description and pricing is accurate. However, we remain the right to amend these prices or availability status without giving any prior notice.
4. Order Process & Acceptance
All orders are subject to availability. Off Road UAE has the right to refuse order acceptance. In case of acceptance, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing approval and shipping confirmation before we start processing your order.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We only ship within UAE!
Please wait for 3-5 business days if you’re shopping from main cities like Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Dubai. For orders being placed from remote areas, please wait for 7 business days for your order’s delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds
- You may claim a return if your order’s packaging is not opened, used or remain in its original form.
- We have a 48-hour window from receipt date for accepting return/refund request.
- All refund procedures take up to 10 business days.
