Eligibility

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
• Only defective or incorrect items qualify for returns at our cost

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or installed products
• Custom or special-order items
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return

• Provide order number, item details, and reason for return
• We’ll issue a Return Authorization (RA) number
• Return shipping is customer’s responsibility unless item is defective

Refunds

• Processed within 7–10 business days of receiving returned item
• Full refund for eligible returns
• Partial refund for worn/damaged items (if accepted)

Exchanges

• No direct exchanges — please return the item and place a new order

Damaged or Wrong Items

• Report within 48 hours of delivery for free return/replacement

Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipping is processed
